Awareness that moves people
We are opening doors to real opportunities for everyone.
Millions of refugees and immigrants face barriers that go far beyond awareness:
-
Skilled individuals remain underemployed
-
Families struggle to access financial systems
-
Cultural gaps limit workplace integration
At the same time, employers and institutions are actively seeking diverse talent and new markets, but lack the tools and connections to engage effectively.
Patchwork focuses on building connections that lead to long-term impact.
Rather than creating parallel services, we work to strengthen existing ecosystems, linking people, institutions, and opportunities in more effective ways.
The gap is not talent. The gap is connection
Community Resource Fairs
Our Community Resource Fairs become a center point for neighbors to connect with public and private organizations that provide crucial basic necessities, such as housing, healthcare, child care, legal support, food, transportation, education, and much more.
Once a year, we host a Holiday Bazaar and Resource Fair where all kids get a present and a picture with Santa! Follow our social media pages and subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on upcoming events.

What if awareness could become opportunity?
At Patchwork, we offer services that turn connection into real pathways for economic inclusion and community integration.
Employment Pathways
We are exploring a placement model that connects job-ready individuals from our community networks—such as IN-NOW and Neighbor to Neighbor—with employers seeking talent.
This initiative aims to reduce barriers to employment while supporting businesses in building diverse and resilient teams.

Intercultural Training
We are designing training experiences to help employers, financial institutions, and service providers better engage diverse communities.
These programs aim to strengthen workplace integration and expand access to new markets.

Financial Inclusion Platforms
We are exploring partnerships with financial institutions to develop multilingual financial education tools and expand access to financial systems.
This work seeks to bridge gaps between underserved communities and financial services.

We are actively seeking partners, collaborators, and early supporters to help shape and pilot these initiatives.
If you are an employer, financial institution, or community leader, we would love to explore how we can build together.

Intercultural Art Initiatives
Art is the means by which we express culture, stories, and complex ideas and emotions. In our intercultural art initiatives, we not only uplift voices of artists from a variety of backgrounds within our communities, but we also have them create work in conversation with each other, creating new meaning, deeper understanding, and culture.
Culture Explorers Camp
Kids play, dance, and learn about the many people and cultures of the world at our Culture Explorers Camp! Representatives of global cultures, many of which are also their neighbors, visit our campers to introduce them to their cultures through food, music, crafts, and dance.
