This work is grounded in a simple belief: welcoming and integrated communities are built not only through services and systems, but also through the conversations and encounters that help people see one another more clearly.
Intercultural training
We offer training and consulting services for employers, financial institutions, service providers and other groups, so they can strengthen their own internal capacity to design, adapt, and implement programs, services, and relationships through a culturally responsive lens.
Cross-Cultural Conversations
We facilitate conversation-based experiences for schools, churches, and community groups that want to build deeper understanding across cultures. These gatherings create space for listening, reflection, storytelling, and honest dialogue that helps people move beyond assumptions and toward stronger relationships.
Intercultural Art Exhibits
We use multicultural art experiences to spark conversation, reflection, and connection across communities. Through exhibits, artist collaborations, and guided community dialogue, these experiences invite people to engage questions of identity, migration, resilience, and belonging in ways that feel accessible and deeply human.
Patchwork Global creates spaces where people can better understand one another across culture, language, and lived experience.
Community Resource Fairs
Our Community Resource Fairs become a center point for neighbors to connect with public and private organizations that provide crucial basic necessities, such as housing, healthcare, child care, legal support, food, transportation, education, and much more.
Once a year, we host a Holiday Bazaar and Resource Fair where all kids get a present and a picture with Santa! Follow our social media pages and subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on upcoming events.

Culture Explorers Camp
Kids play, dance, and learn about the many people and cultures of the world at our Culture Explorers Camp! Representatives of global cultures, many of which are also their neighbors, visit our campers to introduce them to their cultures through food, music, crafts, and dance.
