Stability

Opportunity

Belonging

Reliable information and practical plans, so families can face complex transitions with dignity and clarity.

The skills, connections, and confidence to find good work, keep it, and grow in it.

Neighbors, congregations, and institutions ready to welcome newcomers as part of the community.

What we do

Four programs and our advocacy work, each building stability, opportunity, or belonging.

02

Through volunteer groups we help newcomer families navigate everyday systems, build confidence, and grow a sense of belonging in their new community.

03

We connect immigrant and refugee talent to opportunity through employer training and small cohorts focused on soft skills, leadership, financial education, labor rights, and understanding workplace culture in the U.S.

04

We offer consultation-based guidance for mixed-status families exploring reunification/relocation and life planning in Mexico.

05

We create learning spaces (conversations, cultural exhibitions, training) where people can better understand one another across culture, language, experience, and identity.

01

Build welcoming ecosystems
(IN-NOW Coalition)

We help communities build stronger systems of support, foster shared responsibility, develop cross-sector partnerships, and create sustainable collaboration to successfully welcome and integrate newcomers.

01
